Thursday, November 30: Tasting Menu
I propose a meal (starter-main-dessert) with a unique menu:
Fish tartar with Yuzu
Candied lamb shoulder, kasha and baby vegetables
Chocolate or cheese fondant
 
To best accompany these dishes, we will serve you 2 glasses of wine (7 cl) with fish + 2 with lamb + 1 with dessert or cheese, given to dishes.
It's a moment of gourmet pleasure and discovery of wines.

Thursday, December 14th: Caviar evening
Discovery of Perigord Black Pearl Caviar, a small and very qualitative French production.
We will suggest you to taste different caviars, alone and associated with other foods, with obviously nice bottles.
Only on booking.  35 €/pers.
